Hi there! I'm Sarah Filman, the creator of the Playful Perspectives for Teams and Groups card deck. As a certified leadership coach, professional facilitator, improv teacher, and former leader of teams in tech and education nonprofits, I've spent nearly two decades helping groups of all shapes and sizes thrive.
I created this deck because I'm passionate about the power of play in the workplace. It's not just about fun—it's about transforming culture, deepening connections, and developing key professional skills. These cards are filled with easy-to-try activities that I've used countless times to improve communication, ignite innovation, and nurture well-being.
